Session Partner: Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction.

The French pavilion focuses on the infrastructure and building sector’s solutions for both mitigation and adaptation. Considering the carbon impact and climate exposure of infrastructure, France invested in two global initiatives to design and promote technical solutions for the construction sector (Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction – Global ABC - for mitigation and CDRI for adaptation, respectively). Both global initiatives have been invited to present their solutions at the French pavilion. Global ABC will present its “Building Breakthrough” strategy to cut carbon emissions by 2030, while CDRI will present its “Adaptive Pathways” scientific publication.
